Booking Process:
To book either the 14-day, 10-day or 8-day tour to Egypt, we will collect 3 separate payments:
- Payment #1 – Down Payment:
- We will first collect a $500 down payment
- Can be paid via: Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card
- Please note, there is a 15-day refund for the down payment
- We will send you a Contract Agreement and Detailed Itinerary Brochure after we receive your Down Payment. It will also have instructions for the First and Second Installments, which is to be paid to my business partner, Egypt with Hedy, or you can choose to pay me using the options shown below, which may be easier for people living in the U.S.
- Payment #2 – First Installment Payment:
- Amount Due: half of the balance
- Due Date: 1 month after the down payment
- Paid via bank transfer (details will be in the Contract Agreement)
- Payment #3 – Second Installment Payment:
- Amount Due: remaining half of the balance
- Due Date: 30 days before the tour starts
- Paid via bank transfer (details will be in the Contract Agreement)

Group Discounts & Additional Notes:
- Groups of 3 or more will receive a 5% discount! (Please let us know if you will be booking as a group before making your payment)
- If you have already booked for the December tour dates and would like to change to a future tour date, you can do so without incurring any additional fees/charges (the price will remain the same)
