What is Distance Healing?

While Reiki Energy Healing is often practiced in person, it can also be sent from a distance as well. In fact, we are able to send energy with our thoughts, using intention and visualization. If you think about how when you call someone, the signal is not visible, but there is energy being used to access the desired phone. This process is similar to how Reiki practitioners connect energetically with others to send energy healing over a distance.

Distance healing allows us to send and receive energy healing across time and space, which means the energy can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and at any time. Distance healing works with the energetic connection through a conscious intention between you, the energy healer, and the Source of all energy. The energy healer is just a conduit between the Source of all energy and your individual energy. We just need to make the intention and connect energetically with the Energy through the “facilitator”.

Distance Healing Benefits

You can receive the energy healing wherever you are – at work, in the car, at the park, at the hospital, or in the comfort of your own home
It can reach all parts of the world quickly and easily – if you’re in a different time zone than the facilitator, then it can still be received
Your privacy is always maintained – no one has to know that you are receiving the healing sessions
Results are often the same as hands-on healing sessions

How Distance Healing Sessions Work

Distance Energy Healing works with the energy connection, through a conscious attention and intention, between you, the energy healer, and the Source of all Energy.

Make an immediate Healing Intention such as, “I want this pain to be removed…”
Then a deeper intention: “I want to remove the root causes of… (this pain)”
Make the intention to connect energetically (or in thought) with Carlos Caridad and the group and say in your mind: “I’m receiving an Energy Healing from Carlos”

You may feel at the beginning of the session a tingling sensation or peace, and you may also feel at the end of the distance session the end of the tingling sensation or a gentle comeback to your normal consciousness. If you don’t feel anything, it’s totally fine – healing happens anyway!

Dear Carlos:
Participated in your healing session today. Usually I’m not

Hi Carlos,
I would like to say thank you. I participated in last night’s healing. I fell asleep after about ten minutes max. I did note before, that there was a feeling of a light sensation within my body. I woke up at midnight feeling very peaceful. I went back to sleep an hour later and had a very restful night; something I have not had for the last week.
