In the same way we have to feed our body with healthy food, we need to feed our soul. The things to help feed the soul will vary from person to person, but should at least include daily meditation. Below are some things you can try yourself:
To feed the soul, we need to start with the night before:
- Go to bed early, no later than 10-11pm
- Limit electronic device use 30-60 mins before bed as the bright screens of the devices inhibits our sleep
- Turn off electronic devices (especially cell phones) while sleeping
The next morning when you first wake:
- Drink a big glass of water with lemon/lime
- Exercise
- Take a cold shower to wake up your chakras and get the energy flowing
- Meditate
Everything we experience is felt in our body: love, depression, anxiety, happiness, peace. In order for our minds to feel sharp and awake, our body energized, our moods happy, we need to “feed” our Souls, our Energy Bodies, first! We need to Heal from the inside-out!
