Distance healing works with the energetic connection, through a conscious intention, between you, the energy healer, and the Source of all energy. The energy healer is just a conduit between the Source of all energy and your individual energy. The Energy reaches all of us instantly, wherever we are! We are Energy! We just need to make the intention and connect energetically with the Energy through the “facilitator”.

Reiki Distance Session - Carlos Caridad

At the scheduled time, in a quiet place, free of noise and distractions, lie down comfortably on a bed and close your eyes. Make the intention to connect energetically or in thought with Carlos Caridad – mentally say: “I’m receiving an energy healing session from Carlos” or “I am joining in Carlos’ Distance Healing”.

Without expectations, just be aware of your body. There is no need to meditate or focus on anything. Just relax and enjoy!

You may feel at the beginning of the session a tingling sensation or peace, and you may also feel at the end of the distance session the end of the tingling sensation or a gentle comeback to your normal consciousness. If you don’t feel anything, it’s completely fine!

    INCREDIBLE!! I have done in-person reiki sessions with Carlos , and because of covid-19 I had to do distance reiki this time around .. and it was the same effect and feeling. Carlos has an incredible powerful gift as a healer and I felt so incredibly clean and clear after our session. I felt this huge weight lift off me and I felt this healing come over me. You may feel the “healing crisis” after but don’t be alarmed everyone’s body responds different .. I usually sleep 12 hours after a session and then a bit sleepy the next day and after that I feel alive and well again!

    Carlos thank you so much you are truly talented. I highly recommend distance reiki with Carlos — you won’t regret it!

      Yes, Distance sessions are very effective and had been practiced for centuries.

      I my self receive Distance Healing sessions from my advanced students or other great healer friends every week! To keep my energies and Spirit up! Free of doubts, anxiety, fear and unnecessary stress!!!

      Hello Zoe, we really do not need to see each other on video.

      The Energy knows where to go, and a video it’s just at the physical level.
      If there is a real need to see my client over video, we can do it.

      Since all mi clients have had hands-on Reiki sessions, we know each other physically, so it’s easy to do distance healing.
