How Emotional Traumas Affect Our Health 💚 Interview with Jeannette von Johnsbach – Part 3 – Newsletter

Research has shown that traumatic experiences are directly correlated to health. Certain organs and certain parts of the brain are affected when we face traumatic events. When we look at debilitating illnesses, we’re not only look at blockages but also things like environmental toxic overload.

Often times we look for answers outside in the world and listen to all types of “experts,” when in fact we have to learn that we have the ability to connect with the one that created us, to know without giving our power away. This is a very important step to be honest with ourselves and walk the path that is there of each of us.

To connect with our real selves, we need to breathe and be out in nature. Being in nature will naturally calm down the system and will connect you. Something as simple as taking your shoes off and feeling the ground can have a tremendous effect.

Once you start moving out those blockages, you start making different choices and you’ll take different paths. If you’re not aligned in the world with what you’re really meant to do, there’s a lot of suffering in that. A lot of people block this out and think, “that is just how things are supposed to be when we’re adults.” But what we need to do is take a step back and open that up because this is where all the potential is for not just the individual, but for all the rest of the community.
