Why do we feel so well being in nature? This is because when we’re in nature, we’re in contact with the energy that created us all.
Camping gives us the opportunity to be in contact with this energy 24/7, which helps to reset, recharge and align our energy centers and chakras. If you’re not able to go camping, hiking or going to the beach for an hour or two is another great option. Hiking is great because you’re exercising while being in the middle of this energy.
Some important things to remember while you’re out in nature:
- Take deep breaths
- Jump in cold water – if there’s nothing around where you can submerge your whole body, get a bucket or pot and fill that up with cold water and dump it over your head
- Meditate
- Eat healthy and well
