In this over the phone coaching session to a distance healing client, we talk about anxiety and panic attacks. Anxiety is many things – the response of our body and feelings to a certain stimuli. For example, you have an employee that wasn’t honest with you, so everytime you see him/her it’ll cause you stress and give you anxiety. Anxiety could also come from thinking about your significant other and how he/she will respond to certain situation. Anxiety could also be a response to something that happened a long time ago – for example, a boyfriend/girlfriend who wasn’t loyal to you. 

How do we heal that? The idea is to have that particular situation and not have our body respond in a negative way.

One way is to remove the deep energy blockage and the other way is to understand the source of the anxiety. We get anxiety when our mind starts thinking and interpreting in a way that creates stress. So we need to understand that and start watching our mind. Practicing awareness of being in the present moment can be very helpful.
